OBTC has third-party physical and chemical testing capabilities for metal materials and fasteners. With advanced testing equipment and international mutual recognition of test data, Testing Center is mainly engaged in technical testing services for fasteners and metal materials. OBTC has successively obtained the laboratory accreditation qualification of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS L5542), the China National Defense Science and Technology Industrial Laboratory Accreditation Qualification (DILAC), Nadcap Nondestructive Testing, Nadcap Materials Testing, and IS017025 recognized by the American A2LA.

OBTC’s quality system operates in a standardized and comprehensive manner. With six professional testing labs for mechanical properties, metallographic hardness, chemical analysis, geometric length, temperature instruments and nondestructive testing, the Testing Center has more than 100 sets of precise testing equipment such as electronic tensile machine, frequency fatigue machine, metallographic microscope, direct reading spectrum analyzer and carbon sulfur analyzer, which reaches the international requirements.
