The heat treatment center has argon protection continuous water quenching furnace, double-chamber vacuum oil-cooled gas quenching furnace, single-chamber vacuum annealing furnace, double-chamber vertical vacuum water quenching furnace, aluminum alloy solution furnace, drying box, box furnace, oil removal equipment, etc., which can perform material annealing, water quenching, oil quenching, tempering, aging and others.

Heat Treatment Center has passed the Nadcap-HT qualification certification, and has the ability to handle AMS81200, AMS2801, AMS2759/3, AMS2774, AMS2770, AMS279 specifications for civil aircraft products.

The heat treatment center provides services of heat treatment of titanium alloy solution & aging, high temperature alloy solution treatment, stainless steel, alloy steel annealing, quenching and tempering, aluminum alloy solution aging.
