With independent supporting chemical warehouses, pure water equipment and waste gas/waste water treatment equipment, Surface Treatment Center processes capability of titanium alloy pulse anodizing, titanium alloy fluoride boronization, etc.

The surface treatment of OBTC can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, lubrication, anti-seize and other requirements of various types of external thread fasteners, internal thread fasteners and structural components. The spraying production line has manual spraying stations and automatic spraying equipment. The annual volume reaches millions of pieces. The coated products have been used in aerospace equipment such as domestic large aircraft and launch vehicles，and the pulsed anodes fasteners and components are provided for various types of aerospace vehicles.
