On March 8, 2024, the 114th International Women’s Day, OBTC Headquarters and branches organized a series of activities to celebrate the International Women’s Day to further enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the company’s female employees to enhance group cohesion.
OBTC headquarter organized a “Warm March, Flowery Women” bouquet making activity. The training teacher patiently explained the production method and demonstrated the production process. The employees were eager to try and tried to make it. After two hours of joint cooperation, everyone made a variety of colorful flowers, leaving the beauty of spring in this season full of vitality and hope.
Xi’an Branch held a movie-watching event and organized female employees to watch the film “Article 20”. Everyone shared thoughts, sympathies and feelings in laughter and tears, which improved the concept of laws.
The Shaanxi branch is currently relocating its factory. In their spare time, female employees also carried out an online poetry activity called “Flying Flowers”. With “dragon” as the guide, everyone actively thought about poems containing the Chinese word “dragon”, and felt the charm of Chinese traditional culture while savoring the beauty of poetry.
This series of Women’s Day activities enriched the cultural life of employees, relieved work pressure, and helped to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging. All female employees will make more contributions to the company’s high-quality development.
